Use the first knob to select your session topic - Morphée includes 8 relaxation and sleep techniques. Use the second knob to select your session. Each theme contains 8 different sessions. Finally, select the duration of the session. Each session is available in 2 formats: 8 or 20 minutes.
The recordings are available in 4 language versions (English, German, French and Dutch) and two voiceover options - you can choose a female or male voice.
The player does not emit negative waves, does not connect to other devices and does not have any displays or electronic embellishments - all so as not to disturb the effect of calming and freeing the mind.
The player is charged on usb - the battery lasts up to 10 days.
